Behind the Scrubs is my journey through life's challenges, heartbreak, and self-discovery—a reminder that even in our hardest seasons, there is still purpose, hope, and the courage to begin again.

I wrote this book for anyone who has ever felt lost, overwhelmed, or unseen, for those who kept showing up even when life felt heavy. For anyone learning to heal, rebuild, rediscover themselves, and believe in new beginnings.

One of the greatest lessons I've learned is that every challenge in life is here to teach us something, whether it's struggles at work, with family, friendships, colleagues, health, or the unexpected changes life brings, there is always a lesson hidden within the pain.

The people, careers, and relationships we think will be with us forever don't always stay, Sometimes they leave, sometimes they change, and sometimes life takes us in a completely different direction than we planned. But when you look back and reflect, you begin to see that every challenge, every heartbreak, and every ending was guiding you exactly where you needed to go and shaping you into a stronger person.

It took me a long time to understand that.
